When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. We also store your conversation history, saved writing projects, and usage data (such as messages sent and subscription status) to provide and improve our services.
We use your information to authenticate your account, track usage limits, process subscription payments, and deliver AI writing assistance. Your conversations are used to provide context within your active chat sessions.
When you send a message, your input is sent to OpenAI's API to generate AI responses. Your writing content is processed by OpenAI to produce responses but is not stored by OpenAI beyond the duration needed to generate your response.
Subscription payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your credit card or payment details on our servers. Payment processing is handled by Wix Payments.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and secure authentication. API keys and sensitive credentials are stored server-side only and are never exposed in client-side code.
You can view and manage your account information in Settings. You may cancel your subscription at any time. To request deletion of your account and data, contact us at chosenlineswriters.com.
