You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from Settings. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the next cycle.
Since subscriptions grant immediate access to AI writing tools and message allowances, all charges are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at chosenlineswriters.com within 7 days of the charge.
Subscriptions are billed monthly from the date of your initial subscription. Message limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused messages do not roll over to the next cycle.
If you upgrade to a higher plan mid-cycle, your new message allowance and features take effect immediately. The new billing amount applies starting the next billing cycle.
